The Hillcrest Varsity Boys’ Basketball team defeated Thornridge 62-36 last night.

The Hawks were led by Taylor Adway, DeAngelo Isby, Myles McCoy, Cornellius McIntosh, and George McDaniel.

The Hawks play Friday at home for the Regional Championship.

Congratulations to DeAngelo Isby, Myles McCoy, and Cornellius McIntosh, for being named to the South Suburban Blue All-Conference team. Congratulations to Marcus Garrett and George McDaniel for being named Honorable mention All-Conference. Also, congratulations to Taylor Adway for being named Player of the Year in the South Suburban Blue Conference. Finally, Congratulations to Hillcrest for receiving the South Suburban Blue Sportsmanship award.
