Hillcrest Wrestlers Heading to State

Hillcrest High School proudly announces that it will be represented by two wrestlers at the IHSA State Wrestling Tournament.
Richard Smith (195) Placed 2nd and Paul Sewell (152) placed 4th at the DeLeSalle Institute sectional meet to qualify for this prestigious event.
“These athletes have trained hard, battled take downs and pins, and grappled with the toughest opponents to reach this level,” stated Mr. Mooney, Hillcrest High School Wrestling Coach.
Individual State Tournament:
Thursday-Saturday, February 19-21, State Farm Center, Champaign, Illinois.
