10 tips on surviving High School..hopefully
April 27, 2018
Tip #1: Don’t have too many friends. I’m not saying you shouldn’t have friends but not too many because that can cause drama.
Tip #2: Do your homework on time. It’ll help you in the end. You don’t want to be one of those people who struggle during their last year.
Tip #3: Make sure you are active and social in high school. It’s a sure way to find out what group of people you belong to.
Tip #4: Try to build relationships with your teachers because they’ll be more helpful and understanding towards you.
Tip #5: Try to be positive and hang around positive people as well. I mean, you’re going to see these kids faces everyday for 4 years. So, be positive. Please.
Tip #6: Keep far away from the ‘Dungeon of Doom’, or in other words, the Cafeteria. I know it’s tempting, but you’ll regret it later. Trust me.
Tip #7: Don’t over-dress. That’s a bigger issue among females than males. Somehow, we’ve gotten this idea that school is a fashion show. You don’t have to dress up everyday. You came there for an education, nothing else.
Tip #8: Don’t freak out with the classwork or a test. Just put forth the work and you’ll do fine. You have to STUDY!!!
Tip #9: Please don’t fight. I can not tell you how many fights I’ve seen, where they ended up looking stupid in the end.
Tip #10: Have fun. Enjoy high school while you can.
So, get in there and be great. You got this!!!
