Great Start for the Hawks at the District 228 Championships

The Hillcrest Girls Cross Country team ran their 1st meet of the season at the District 228 Championships. The Hawks Frosh/Soph finished in 2nd place and had 3 medalists.

Jasmine Curry finished 1st, while Tarena Moore –5th place medalist, and Delois Ivory–6th place medalist.

Other outstanding efforts were turned in by Tia Pollard–11th place and LaJada Steward–17th place.
