Recently the new Scream movie series has hit theaters and it is a MUST SEE!

Scream VI hit theaters March 10 in Illinois, and it’s one of those movies you have to watch in theaters. Scream VI had people at the edge of their seats with all of the plot twists and jump scares. With the same four friends and a couple add-ons, they were once faced again with the challenge of escaping Ghostface. The creator of the movie did a great job mixing the old with the new and not making it this long dragged out story.

One sister is on the path where she wants life to be: normal, and the other sister feels that she has to protect her babysitter from things she doesn’t even see.

Some people say that it’s the best one yet. Personally, I loved how it had a mix of horror in certain aspects and thriller where you wondered what was really going to happen next. While watching the movie you’re going to come up with so many theories on who and what may be Ghostface. Actors Melissa Barrera and Jenna Ortega play the Carpenter sisters and literally face the most horrible things together ever. Their roommate played by Liana Liberato had no clue of anything – I mean – anything, or, at least, that’s what they thought.

The crew was divided into two: the originals who had been there and the newcomers.

The directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gibbet told Collinear that their new movie fits their “relentless style.” The movie was very ruthless and their goal was to make something that was new, gritter, and raw.

For all of my horror and thriller fans, Scream VI is a movie you would love. From the characters actions, their suspense, the climax, and the storyline, Scream VI is one of those must see of 2023.

This film is rated R by the MPAA for strong bloody violence and language throughout, and brief drug use.
