The Better Water Hallway

The+Better+Water+Hallway

Today, I spoke with Mr. King, chief maintenance officer, about the water fountains at Hillcrest.

Me: Why are there different water flows, why is some high and why is some low?

Mr. King: All the water comes from one spot and the further away you would have less pressure and the closer you are you will have more pressure.

Me: Can you explain why different sections of the school water are warm, cold, and sometimes hot?

Mr. King: different sections certain parts of the school are ran off of big boilers or big, hot water, heaters, certain bathroom, certain classrooms or runoff their own individual water heaters classroom that has its own individual heater heat up quicker than one that is used by Satan classrooms water heater, because that water has spread out to every classroom.

Me: Why are water fountains dirty sometimes with gum that remains there for multiple days?

Mr. King: Gum and trash should not remain there for several days in the foreseen time that it does happen, we could’ve been short staffed. Maybe somebody missed it, custodians make mistakes every so often, but we are usually pretty good if someone tells us, or we see it to clean up the gum, trash.

Me: That’s it, thank you for seeing me today; have a nice day.

Mr. King: You too.
