“The Serpent in the Garden”

As I walk through the valley

and the shadow of death

I will fear no evil

Yet I’m going through stress

Me and my lover travel

As we view the garden and tree

Manifested with forbidden fruit

The lord said don’t eat

My love begins walking closer

Feeling the need that is urgent

Screamed her name with dissuasion

Now she speaks to a serpent

It persuades her to eat

Granting limitless power

We take a bite from the fruit

That tastes of sweetness and sour

We disobeyed the world’s creator

And deserve to be punished

Therefore the rest of life’s humanity

Shall suffer our rubbish.
